Packages for SuSE Linux 9.0

Unfortunately, I won't have time to upgrade to SuSE 9.0. Most/all of the
packages I made for 8.2 ahould also work on 9.0.

* nedit 5.4
  The nedit packages shipped by SuSE with 8.1 - 9.0 are linked against a
  non-functional openmotif, crash often, and are basically rubbish.
  Use the nedit package for 8.2 in the suse8.2 directory.

* scriptutils
  Use the package from 8.2.

* susegrep, susegrep-data8.2, susegrep-data8.1, susegrep-data9.0
  A searchable index of the SuSE distribution media. Lists package descriptions,
  file lists etc. The search program in scriptutils is newer, use that instead.
  Use the packages from 8.2.
